  • Support sample tracking, run management, and study documentation using Watson LIMS, ELN, and other laboratory systems.
  • Maintain accurate and complete experimental records in accordance with established procedures and SOPs.
  • Assist with evaluation of assay performance, including calibration curves, QCs, accuracy, precision, and other relevant parameters.
  • Support basic troubleshooting of sample preparation, chromatography, instrumentation, and data‑processing issues under supervision.
  • Assist with laboratory organization, reagent and consumable management, and routine instrument maintenance activities.
  • Participate in team discussions and communicate experimental observations and results.
  • Follow applicable laboratory safety, GLP/GCP principles, SOPs, and data‑integrity practices.
Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Currently pursuing a BS or MS degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, analytical chemistry, biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Interest in bioanalytical chemistry, mass spectrometry, and pharmaceutical or biotechnology research.
  • Prior laboratory experience through coursework, academic research, internship, or co‑op experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work effectively in a collaborative laboratory environment.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with biological sample preparation.
