Job summary

Keller is seeking a Field Co-Op in Wilmington, NC to gain hands-on experience on a live project from November 2026 through January 2027. You will participate in daily tracking, production reporting, quality control, cost analysis, and field work.

Pursuing a B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with strong communication, teamwork, problem solving, and a proactive, get-it-done attitude is preferred. Travel is required as needed; benefits include 401(k) and health coverage.

Responsibilities

The Keller Co-Op program is focused on training and developing students interested in the construction industry. We currently are offering a position to work on a project in Wilmington, NC from November 2026- January 2027.

Field Co-Op – Daily tracking/production reporting, quality control, cost analysis, equipment and field experience.

Additional Information

Salary Range : $23 - $25/hour

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
