Job summary

Keller North America, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Intern to gain real-world construction engineering and management experience.

You will work both in the office and on project sites, supporting senior staff and learning the deep foundation construction business. The internship offers exposure to take-offs, plans, geotechnical reports, and daily field paperwork, with mentorship and opportunities to develop technical and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with physical and electronic paperwork/forms (daily reports, safety forms, toolbox talks, DTAs)
• Support the Superintendent by picking up supplies, delivering paperwork to the GC or office, and various other errands
• Attend meetings and document proceedings
• Assist Project Managers with researching opportunities, downloading plans, specs, Geotechnical reports, etc.
• Generate take-offs and estimates
• Visit project sites to deliver or pickup paperwork

Keller is looking for an Intern based out of our Phoenix, AZ location.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include the following:

This internship will allow the candidate to gain real world construction engineering and management experience. This experience will provide an opportunity to learn first-hand the world of Deep Foundation Construction. Keller is an excellent fit for any candidate who is looking to become a civil engineer and work within the Construction industry.

Your duties will vary between the office and field atmosphere:

Additional Information

Salary Range: $22-24 per hour

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
