Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking an experienced Store Leader in Kissimmee, FL to drive guest-focused service, team development, and operational excellence. You’ll coach Shift Managers, manage inventory, and execute store strategies to boost sales and guest satisfaction.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety, compliance, and strong teamwork across all shifts, while promoting career growth within the RaceTrac family.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Educate team on guest service excellence and provide coaching tools.
• Establish a warm, welcoming environment for guests, team members, and vendors.
• Provide clear guidance to empower managers on all shifts.
• Lead by example with accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure guest transactions meet expectations through training and coaching.
• Maintain food safety standards and compliance across shifts.
• Monitor inventory control and cash handling across store operations.
• Drive promotional execution and in-store experience improvement.
• Support scheduling, performance feedback, and staffing with the GM.
• Foster open communication and cross-shift collaboration.
