Job summary

Hobby Lobby Paramus is seeking an experienced Co-Manager to help grow our team and deliver results in a busy retail environment. You’ll be actively engaged in store processes to meet and exceed financial goals and maintain the highest standards of service. As Co-Manager you will lead and guide your team with passion, execute the seasonal merchandising plans, and be open to relocation for promotion.

Starting salary range: $80,000 to $85,000 plus bonus annually. Hobby Lobby Stores Inc.

Qualifications

• Must have previous big-box retail management experience.
• Must be able to process information and have the ability to make sound business decisions.
• Be open to relocation for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Be actively engaged in the store’s processes and procedures in order to meet and exceed financial goals.
• Be asked to lead and guide your team with passion to achieve the highest standards while exhibiting the utmost empathy.
• Execute the seasonal department’s daily, weekly and yearly merchandising plans.
