The position requires BSN, NH RN licensure, and at least three years of clinical leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice, professional development, and regulatory compliance. A day/evening rotation supports unit operations.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN and NH licensure; three years of clinical experience
• Leadership/management experience preferred
• Ability to implement evidence-based nursing practices and competencies

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations in collaboration with co-manager
• Lead staff development and performance evaluations
• Ensure regulatory compliance (TJC, OSHA, CMS, HIPAA) and quality care
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and staffing plans
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and governance activities
• Promote professional practice and Magnet standards
