Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support Shift Managers and team members through training.
• Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
