Co‑Manager Responsibilities

• You are the Store Manager's right hand, supporting the team in driving the mission statement throughout the store.
• In partnership with the Store Manager, you ensure store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
• You coach and motivate a high‑performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
