Job summary

Windsor in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to be the Store Manager’s trusted partner and right hand. You will help drive the store's mission, manage sales, shrink, payroll and expenses, and coach a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists.

In this role you collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain a high-performing, respectful team focused on delivering exceptional service and fashion experiences to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
