**Job Description**
As the Co-Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing the profitability of one RaceTrac store. You will focus on delivering RaceTrac’s mission of making people's lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food quality, cleanliness, talent leadership, and driving overall success.

**Responsibilities**

• Establish an environment of prompt, efficient, and courteous service, and effectively manage conflicts.

**Qualifications**

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
