Job summary

Tilly's, Inc. is seeking a Co-Manager in Costa Mesa, CA to support the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, hiring and training, scheduling and payroll, and visual standards.

This full-time position offers an hourly wage range of $20.50–$22.50, along with a 401(k) plan, comprehensive health benefits (medical, life, dental, and vision fully covered), employee discounts, and paid time off with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to assist in daily store operations and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching, training, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and customer experience.
• Hire, train, and develop store staff to meet performance goals.
• Schedule employees and manage payroll in coordination with store leadership.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

You will accomplish this by assisting the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the Store, including selling, hiring and training, scheduling and payroll, visual standards, and so much more! Hourly Salary Range: $20.50 - $22.50
