Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Boca Raton is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to serve as the Store Manager’s right hand. You will help drive sales, control payroll and expenses, and protect store assets while coaching a motivated team of Assistant Managers and Stylists.

As a leader, you will model our mission to empower women, foster a respectful work environment, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
