As we scale, we are looking for a Co-Lead/VP of Product to drive our product vision, strategy, and execution.

The Role:

As VP of Product, you will partner with our co-founder/co-lead of Product to lead the team and Product function and report into our CEO and co-founder. You will be responsible for shaping our product roadmap and ensuring our AI-driven consumer products deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to bring innovative AI products to market and scale our offerings. They must bring deep expertise in AI and consumer products, strong leadership skills, and the ability to scale a high-performing product team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, refine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered consumer products.
• Lead the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and execution.
• Work closely with engineering to translate complex AI capabilities into seamless consumer experiences.
• Focus on customer feedback, analyze market trends, and leverage data to inform product decisions.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, delightful user interfaces.
• Develop go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and growth teams.
• Establish and track key product performance metrics, iterating based on insights and feedback.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Leader: 7+ years in product management, including experience as a VP, Director, or Head of Product in a startup or high-growth environment.
• AI & Consumer Tech Expertise: Proven track record of launching AI-powered, consumer-facing tech products.
• Organic Growth Expertise: Excels in organic growth strategies and product-led growth loops.
• Strategic Thinker & Doer: Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
• User-Centric & Data-Driven: Obsessed with customer feedback, is highly data-driven, with strong skills in defining, tracking, and optimizing product metrics and analytics.
• Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge in working with AI/ML engineers and understanding complex AI concepts and translating them to easy to use products.
• Exceptional Communicator: Able to align cross-functional teams and clearly articulate product vision.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a bias for action.
