We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Co-Lead Teacher to join our toddler classroom. In this role, you will partner closely with a co‑teacher to support a small group of children, sharing responsibility for curriculum, classroom management, and daily routines. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your co‑teacher to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate, play‑based curriculum.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development in a nurturing environment.
• Share responsibility for daily classroom operations, including setup, cleaning, and organization.
• Provide attentive care, including diapering and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain clear communication and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• EEC Infant/Toddler certification required.

• Previous experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education preferred.
