Job summary

Hutch Kids Child Care Center seeks a Co-Lead Teacher for our infant/waddler classroom. You will collaborate with a fellow lead teacher and an assistant to implement a developmentally appropriate, child-centered curriculum for 8–19 month olds transitioning to toddlers.

Qualifications

• Minimum AA in Early Childhood Education or working toward degree.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience with young children.
• Team-oriented and patient with a child-centered philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Plan & implement emergent, interest-based curriculum.
• Observe & document children's development.
• Plan & conduct parent-teacher conferences three times a year.
• Write daily emails to families keeping them updated on classroom curriculum & activities.
