Position Overview

Co-Investment Associates support senior investment professionals in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring direct co-investment opportunities alongside lead sponsors. The role combines financial modeling, transaction analysis, due diligence coordination, and portfolio monitoring in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

These professionals work closely with general partners, internal investment committees, legal counsel, and portfolio company management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate co-investment opportunities across private equity, growth equity, private credit, or other alternative strategies
  • Build detailed financial models, including LBO, cash flow, and scenario analyses
  • Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and market diligence
  • Review sponsor materials, CIMs, and diligence reports
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal investment committees
  • Participate in management meetings and diligence calls
  • Coordinate legal, tax, and operational due diligence with internal and external advisors
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and track key metrics post-investment
  • Analyze fund-level exposure and diversification related to co-investment allocations
  • Support relationship management with sponsor partners and investment firms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, consulting, or transaction advisory (preferred but not required)
