Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic Investor Co-Founder & Head of Venture Partnership with experience in startup ecosystems and access to capital. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of BrandPulse AI. In this role, we need an Investor who can contribute at an early stage, leading our fundraising efforts, and navigating the complexities of sports tech, AI, and analytics funding. This is not a traditional Investor role—it’s an opportunity to co-found a high-impact company and help build the next major sports-tech platform.

We are seeking candidates that are willing to make an initial investment when joining BrandPulse AI, to boost product awareness and product releases.

You’ll be working at the intersection of AI, sports, sponsorship intelligence, and exponential market expansion. You’ll shape our financial and partnership strategy, help raise capital, and drive the relationships that power our business forward.

What We’re Looking For:

• Startup & Fundraising Expertise – You have a proven track record of securing capital for high-growth startups, including venture funding, private equity, and strategic partnerships.
• Sports Tech & AI Expertise – Experience in technology, data analytics, or AI-driven platforms is a major plus. Understanding the intersection of sports, sponsorships, and technology will be key to driving BrandPulse AI’s success.
• Strategic Leadership – You’re a visionary with the ability to lead fundraising efforts, shape business strategy, and guide the company through high-growth stages.
• Partnership Development – You will play a crucial role in developing key partnerships with investors, strategic partners, and industry players to accelerate BrandPulse AI’s market presence.
• Passion for Soccer & Sports Culture – A genuine enthusiasm for the game and understanding of how soccer is becoming a cultural and economic force in the U.S. and globally. (If you're a fútbol fan—extra points!)

Compensation & Equity Structure:

• Equity-Based Compensation – Significant upside potential through equity participation.
• Performance-Based Incentives – A mix of equity, and success-based commission tied to capital raised.

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Co-Founder in a high-growth technology, AI, or sports tech company.
• Demonstrated ability to raise capital from venture funds, private equity, or strategic investors.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting for rapidly growing companies.
• Familiarity with sports analytics, AI platforms, or sponsorship strategies within the sports industry.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, AI ethics, and international market compliance is a plus.
• A strong network within the investment community—VCs, PE firms, angels, and strategic investors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in scaling global tech companies, especially in the sports or data analytics sectors.
• Understanding of sponsorship structures, brand partnerships, and the sports marketing ecosystem.
• Familiarity with strategic acquisitions, exits, or capital structuring to position the company for future growth.
• Visionary, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making bold, informed decisions.
• Skilled at cultivating investor relationships and telling a compelling growth story.
• Deep passion for soccer and a desire to help shape the future of the sport in the U.S.
