Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or distributed systems engineering.
• Proven experience designing and building complex, scalable systems.
• Strong proficiency in backend languages like Python, Go, Rust, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous communication patterns and message queues.
• Deep understanding of API design and data modeling.
• Strong foundation in computer science principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core architecture for agents' network.
• Build logic for the central Control Agent responsible for task execution.
• Manage asynchronous message bus for reliable communication.
• Develop core logic for individual specialized agents.
• Implement secure data access patterns in collaboration with security teams.
• Ensure system resilience and scalability through robust monitoring.
• Collaborate with AI team for ML integration enhancing complex reasoning.
