Job summary

NeuralOptix Inc. seeks a Co-founder, Head of Foundry Enablement and Photonic Integration to turn deep photonics expertise into scalable products. You will own foundry workflows, manage design-for-manufacturing processes, and lead DTCO efforts to boost performance and manufacturability.

The role requires strategic vision, manufacturing acumen, and strong communication to align design, metrology, and foundry teams. Seattle-based with flexibility for remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 10+ years in advanced tech development.
• Fundamental understanding of photonic devices and materials/metrology.
• Strong proficiency in materials and nanofabrication flows.
• Experience leading DFM, development-to-production transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement with foundry, manufacturing, and ecosystem partners.
• Design and implement end-to-end design-for-manufacturing (DFM) workflows.
• Develop scalable manufacturing specification frameworks and qualification methodologies.
• Drive design-technology co-optimization (DTCO) efforts to improve performance, yield, and manufacturability.
