Job summary

YieldLoop, a fintech startup in Cambridge, is seeking a Co-Founder & CTO to develop its platform and lead the technical team. As a key player in the founding team, you will work closely with the Founder to create the MVP, define the company's vision, and attract funding.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical architecture, managing development teams, and representing YieldLoop in investor meetings. Ideal candidates will have strong blockchain skills and entrepreneurial spirit, ready to commit to co-founder equity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in blockchain or full‑stack software engineering (Solidity, Python, React, Node, etc.).
• Experience with DeFi, fintech infrastructure, or smart‑contract auditing preferred.
• Ability to work in a lean, early‑stage startup environment with high autonomy and shared responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of the YieldLoop MVP and supporting systems.
• Select and manage technology stack.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder on company direction.

Skills

Strong experience in blockchain or full‑stack software engineering
