The ideal candidate will refine strategies, lead customer pilots, and partner closely with the FutureSight team, gaining access to embedded support and networks for a successful venture launch.

Qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction of the venture and lead its execution.
• Lead pilots with VPs, operations managers, and merchandise planners.
• Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team.
