The Untours Foundation seeks a part-time (possibly full-time) Co-Director to share responsibilities with the current Director. The role emphasizes running a capital campaign, fundraising success, and strong leadership within a diverse, equal-opportunity environment.

The Director oversees a $1 million loan fund, budgets, donor relations, grants, and external communications, with active Board collaboration and engagement with Untours Travel Company partners.

Formación

• Experience running a capital campaign.
• Strong fundraising track record, including with capital campaigns.
• Energetic and visionary leadership ability.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill the mission of the Foundation through strategic leadership and management.
• Raise funds by developing mail appeals and organizing events; manage donor relations.
• Oversee budgets, policies, and priorities with the Board; manage a loan fund and investments.
• Develop and implement a capital campaign and oversee communications and external relations.
• Work with the Board to plan strategic direction and engage the Untours Travel Company partnership.
