The IMA Group seeks a Clinical Trials Coordinator focusing on CNS and behavioral health in Chicago. You will guide participants through study processes, coordinate visits, and ensure protocol adherence in a growing Phase II–IV portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating clinical research studies.
• Phlebotomy proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree.
• CNS/psychiatry/neuroscience or behavioral health research experience a plus.
• CCRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day trial operations, ensuring protocol compliance and timelines.
• Coordinate scheduling, procedures, assessments, and follow-up visits.
• Perform phlebotomy and handle specimen collection/processing.
• Serve as liaison between participants, investigators, sponsors, and CROs.
• Keep source documents and case report forms audit-ready.
• Support monitoring visits and regulatory reviews.
• Assist with safety reporting and participant retention.
