Job summary

MANTECH in San Antonio, TX seeks a motivated CNO Developer to join a diverse team of elite cyber professionals supporting critical national security missions. You will tackle challenging technical problems, develop offensive and defensive cyber capabilities, and collaborate with leadership and customers to deliver high-impact solutions.

You will design, develop, test, and document software and hardware-focused CNO capabilities, while applying in-depth security knowledge and modern development

Qualifications

• BS degree and 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience programming and scripting with C/C++, and Python.
• Experience with Windows and Linux kernel/user-mode development.
• Experience debugging using WinDbg and GDB.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities to support mission objectives
• Managing the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of application software and systems
• Applying expert knowledge of security concepts, computer networks, and system architectures to solve complex technical challenges
• Communicating project status, technical risks, and solutions effectively with leadership and customers
• Ensuring established software development standards, best practices, and security guidelines are consistently met
