Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a skilled CNO Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD or Aurora, CO. The role focuses on designing and developing CNO capabilities, with emphasis on Python or C/C++ and robust debugging practices.

The candidate will collaborate across teams to apply network and security concepts, document progress, and ensure software quality in line with standards. US citizenship and the ability to obtain TS/SCI with Poly are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 4+ years of technical work experience, or MS Degree and 2+ years of technical work experience, or High school diploma and 8+ years of technical work experience.
• Experience in Python or C/C++ programming languages.
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging.

MANTECH seeks a skilled and mission focused CNO Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD or Aurora, CO.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Design and develop new hardware- or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities
• Perform design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems
• Apply knowledge of network and security concepts to support capability development
• Communicate status updates and technical progress to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure software quality and compliance with development standards

Minimum Qualifications

• BS degree and 4+ years of technical work experience, or MS Degree and 2+ years of technical work experience, or High school diploma and 8+ years of technical work experience.
• Experience in Python or C/C++ programming languages
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming
• Experience with developing CNO capabilitiesExperience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices)
• Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering
• Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
• Understanding of assembly language programming concepts
• Understanding of unit testing frameworks and practices

Clearance Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance
• US Citizenship is required

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
