Job summary

Set of X is seeking a CNO software engineer to design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions across multiple projects within a mission-focused environment.

You will perform reverse engineering, build prototypes, and document requirements while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver mission-centric results. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of SWE experience with MS substitution.
• Experience in C/C++/Python/Assembly development.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Familiarity with Linux and source control (Git/SVN).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate software for diverse mission projects.
• Perform reverse engineering on software products to explore functionality.
• Build prototypes to demonstrate novel techniques and capabilities.
• Derive, document, and analyze requirements; integrate with existing toolsets.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve mission-centric results.
