Job summary

Artera Technologies seeks CNO Analysts/Programmers across junior to principal levels in Maryland. The role focuses on software development, reverse engineering, and network-programming tasks in Windows and UNIX environments.

Ideal candidates will have strong C and Python skills, familiarity with version control, and experience in embedded and microservice contexts. TS/SCI with polygraph is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/PE or similar technical major with 0–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong C programming and Python development experience required.
• Experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl or Python.
• Familiarity with Subversion and CVS version control tools.
• Able to debug software and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio/.NET environments.

• Develop network-related programs (e.g., packet-level).
• Demonstrate expert ability in Unix and/or Windows low-level internals.
