Job summary

Mascmedical is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join a private, physician-owned practice in Albuquerque. The CNM will provide full-scope care across prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services, collaborating closely with OB/GYNs to ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care throughout a woman's life.

Position offers up to $130k DOE, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and generous leave plus CME support.

Qualifications

• Must have active NM CNM license or able to obtain one.
• Graduate of ACME CNM accredited program.
• AMCB certification is required.
• CSR with NM Board and Federal DEA registration required.
• EFM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope CNM care in a collaborative practice environment.
• Deliver prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care.
• Manage labor and delivery with individualized birth plans.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and the clinical team.
• Provide well-woman and preventive care throughout life stages.
• Order and interpret labs and prescribe medications as indicated.
• Educate and counsel patients for informed decisions.
• EMR: ModMed
• Two clinic days per week (8 hours each) and 24 hours of call; call shifts include day/night.
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, 5 weeks annual leave, CME leave.
