Job summary

AdventHealth seeks a Certified Nurse Midwife to join the AHMG OBGYN and Midwifery team in Castle Rock, Colorado. The role spans clinic and Labor & Delivery care with a 24/7 call model, delivering comprehensive obstetric and midwifery services.

Minimum 5+ years CNM experience, active Colorado license, and national CNM/NP certification (ANCC/AANP) are required, with NCC and BLS credentials. Competitive salary with full benefits and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Must have completed undergraduate and Master's level nursing programs from an accredited school and passed state boards.
Minimum 5+ years of clinically relevant Certified Nurse Midwife experience.
Current, valid State of Colorado license for CNM.
National Nurse Practitioner certification by ANCC or AANP, or certification within five years of master's completion.
As applicable: NCC
American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Assess patient health status through exams, history, tests, and lab review.
Diagnose, treat, and perform routine physicals.
Determine patient and family needs during initial assessment and provide services per hospital policies.
Consult with supervising physician on treatment plans as needed.
Recognize life-threatening situations and respond per protocol.
Provide provider care in clinic settings and Labor & Delivery.
