Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our Puget Sound MFM team. The CNM will rotate between three sites including Swedish Medical Center – First Hill (Seattle) and provide prenatal, postpartum and high‑risk obstetric care.

Ideal candidates hold WHNP/CNM or FNP certification with WA licensure or eligibility. Expect collaborative, supportive work with no labor and delivery management, 30+ weekly hours, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) and CNM or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Washington state licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN or midwifery care including high‑risk obstetrics.

Responsibilities

• Cover practices in Everett and Issaquah, ensuring patient continuity and triage.
• Manage referrals for hypertension, diabetes, medical complications, fetal anomalies and other conditions.
• Perform triage visits, wound care, and round on postpartum patients at Swedish First Hill.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN residency programs, family practice, OB fellowship, and 24/7 OB Hospitalists.
