Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking a flexible Certified Nurse Midwife to join our high-volume OB-ED triage team. You will provide inpatient triage in OB/ED, collaborate with RNs and OB/GYNs, and support about 275 deliveries per month on a 3-12s schedule.

The role requires strong clinical skills and relationship-building, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to patient outcomes across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• CNM certification required and licensure to practice.
• Experience in OB/ED triage preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume OB/ED patients.
• Comfort covering deliveries when needed.

Responsabilités

• Triage and medical management of pregnant patients in OB/ED.
• Collaborate with RNs and OB/GYN team for patient care.
• Cover deliveries when required.
• Provide surgical assistance in emergencies as needed.
