Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Certified Nurse Midwife to provide full‑scope midwifery care in collaboration with physicians. The role includes antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care, well-woman gynecology, and family planning across Monmouth Medical Center and outpatient locations in Colts Neck, Little Silver, and Lakewood.

The CNM will educate patients, advocate for shared decision‑making, and support labor and delivery at MMC (Long Branch, NJ) with a focus on holistic, evidence‑based care

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CNM license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Minimum of 3 years of full-scope midwifery practice in a collaborative MD/MW environment preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with an evidence-based approach to care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered, holistic care and shared decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum services.
• Offer well-woman gynecologic care.
• Counsel on family planning and contraception.
• Educate and advocate for patients.
• Support labor and delivery at Monmouth Medical Center (Long Branch, NJ).
• Deliver office-based care at Colts Neck, Little Silver, and Lakewood.

Job Responsibilities
