Job summary

Women's Healthcare of Georgia in Warner Robins, GA is actively seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to deliver full-scope midwifery care in a collaborative OB/GYN setting. The role supports a four-day workweek with shared call and offers competitive compensation based on experience.

You will provide prenatal to postpartum care, collaborate with physicians and staff, and contribute to patient-centered outcomes across pregnancy and routine women's health visits.

Qualifications

• Current CNM credential
• Active Georgia license or eligibility
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical quality

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and well-woman services
• Provide patient care in outpatient and hospital settings
• Assess patients and develop appropriate care plans
• Monitor patients throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff
• Participate in the practice's shared call schedule
• Educate patients and families regarding pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care, and women's health
• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Recognize changes in patient condition and collaborate with physicians and other providers when appropriate
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records and clinical documentation
• Follow applicable clinical, regulatory, and practice standards
