Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Board Certified Nurse Midwife.
• Current and unrestricted DEA certificate required, or the ability to obtain one.
• Expert diagnostic skills.
• Trustworthy and compassionate character.
• Strong communication skills.
