Job summary

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join AHMG OBGYN at Waterman in Leesburg and Mt. Dora.

The CNM will provide maternity and gynecology services in a collaborative, patient-centered setting with mentor support and ongoing professional development. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in an OBGYN practice, a master’s degree in nursing with midwifery certification, current BLS/ACLS, and DEA, with training available for procedures like IUD and early pregnancy

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an advanced practice provider in a general OBGYN practice.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient safety.
• Ability or willingness to learn office procedures such as IUD insertion/removal, endometrial biopsy, contraceptive implant, and first-trimester vaginal ultrasound.

Responsibilities

• See patients in the office for maternity and gynecology care.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to provide high-quality care.
• Participate in mentoring and onboarding and support practice growth.
