The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at University Hospitals is seeking a full scope Certified Nurse Midwife or OB hospitalist to cover 24/7 at our birthing locations to help continue our excellent patient care.

We are excited to announce the opening of The Potash Center for Women's and Children's unit at Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood, OH. The new unit will feature nine labor and birth rooms, including two built-in tub rooms, and will be a level II facility. A typical workweek for our midwifery team involves 12 hours in-house on call per week, plus office time. During your call, you will collaborate closely with our talented physician team to provide care for women choosing The Potash Center as their birth facility. The full scope position entails approximately 12 hours of in-house on-call time per week, plus office hours, while a hospitalist role averages around 40 hours per week.
