Qualifications

• Associates or technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years of millwork manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs and documentation.
• Strong mechanical skills and coordination.
• Understanding of OSHA and environment standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and other millwork machinery.
• Read shop orders and architectural drawings.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety practices.
• Meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Work extended hours when workload requires.
