Job summary

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Waterjet Operator for a leading manufacturing firm in the Kent, OH area.

You will program, set up, and operate a high-tech Waterjet cutting system to fabricate metal components and support custom-engineered projects. You will read engineering drawings, nest parts for efficiency, and perform routine maintenance while collaborating across Engineering, Stockroom, Purchasing, and Production teams to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC equipment (Waterjet, laser cutters, CNC routers)
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints with precision
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication tools and safety procedures
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on-site daily
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Machine operation: program, set up, and operate CNC Waterjet to manufacture components
• Production prep & nesting: read drawings to optimize part nesting for yield
• Quality control: inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy
• Maintenance: routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Engineering, Stockroom, Purchasing, and Production to improve workflows
