Job summary

CTR Group in Winston, GA is seeking a CNC Water Jet Operator for our machine shop to cut raw material with waterjet per company blueprints and perform secondary machining as required. You will report to the Machine Shop Supervisor and help ensure timely, accurate part production for global clients.

We require prior machining experience; manual milling experience is a strong plus. You should read blueprints, measure with calipers or a tape measure, and perform basic math.

Qualifications

• Prior machining experience is required.
• Experience with a manual mill is strongly preferred.
• Able to read blueprints/prints and interpret dimensions.
• Comfortable with basic math and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Cuts parts to spec per schedule to meet customer expectations.
• Trains to use various tools and equipment for cutting and machining.
• Communicates with supervisor about incomplete or rework needs.
• Uses manufacturing software to issue materials and view shipments.
• Works as a team to meet production and quality goals.
• Move and handle materials safely and perform routine cleaning.
• Adheres to Code of Conduct and company values.
