Electronic Theatre Controls in Madison, WI, is seeking a CNC Turret Punch Set-Up Operator for the 1st Shift (Mon–Thu 6:00 am–3:00 pm; Fri 6:00 am–10:00 am). Join a 100% employee-owned team dedicated to precision and growth in a clean, climate-controlled shop.

You will set up and operate the punch machine, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tolerances while following ISO procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• Metal fabrication diploma or 1–2 years of metal shop equipment experience preferred.
• 6–12 months of similar experience setting up and maintaining metal shop equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures parts to department standards and specifications.
• Sets up and operates punch machine and prepares work area.
• Follows procedures and selects tools and materials.
• Shakes out parts from sheets of metal.
• Ensures work orders are completed and posted.
