Blast Cleaning Technologies, Inc. (BCT) is seeking a CNC Turning Programmer-Machinist to join our West Allis shop. You will translate prints into toolpaths, set up Mazak/Haas machines, and ensure parts meet specs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years programming parts in Mastercam or G/M code.
• 4+ years setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills.
• Strong reading of prints and GD&T basics.
• Self-driven, organized, and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Translate prints into efficient toolpaths using Mastercam or G/M-code.
• Set up fixturing and run Mazak/Haas equipment.
• Calculate speeds, feeds, and depths of cut.
• Run first articles and verify dimensions.
• Support production with reliable setups and documentation.
