Job summary

Blast Cleaning Technologies, Inc. (BCT) is hiring a CNC Turning Programmer-Machinist at our West Allis site. You will translate prints into toolpaths, program in Mastercam or G/M code, and set up lathes and mills to produce first-article parts to print.

You’ll calculate speeds/feeds, verify dimensions with precision tools, perform routine maintenance, and document setups for production runs. We value flexibility and continuous improvement on the floor.

Qualifications

• 4+ years programming parts in Mastercam or longhand G/M code.
• 4+ years setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills.
• Ability to read prints and lay out features from drawings.
• Manufacturing background; foundry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate prints into efficient toolpaths and edit M/G code.
• Design and set up fixturing, mount tools, and dial in offsets.
• Calculate speeds, feeds, and depths of cut, select cutters.
• Run first-article parts to print and verify dimensions.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure production readiness.
• Support production runs with reliable setups and clear docs.
• Model culture and values on the shop floor.
