Job summary

Check-All Valve Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Turning Machinist to independently set up and operate Okuma and Mazak CNC turning centers for precision valve components. The role requires reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and performing all inspection steps to ensure quality.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of CNC turning experience, proficiency with precision measuring tools, and a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a team-based

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC turning experience.
• Ability to independently set up and operate CNC lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial bore gages, indicators, and height gages.
• Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, feeds and speeds, and workholding.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality.

In this role, you'll independently set up and operate Okuma and Mazak CNC turning centers to produce precision valve components that meet demanding quality standards. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented machinists who take pride in producing high-quality work in a safe, team-focused environment.

• Experience with bar-fed production, live tooling, robotics, or automated machining cells.
