MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Turning Engineer in Blythewood, SC to plan, direct, and coordinate technical support for manufacturing processes. This direct-hire role focuses on developing methods, troubleshooting equipment, and boosting quality and productivity while maintaining safety.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience with proficiency in G&M code CNC programming; Fanuc is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineer experience.
• G & M code CNC programming proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate manufacturing methods.
• Troubleshoot production equipment to improve quality and productivity.
• Provide training to operators and technicians.
• Interface with management to plan production methods and schedules.
• Confer with vendors to determine product specifications and purchase needs.
• Plan and implement cost-reduction projects and report progress.
