Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Tool Maker/CNC Machinist to program and operate CNC machines for precise tooling components. You will diagnose tooling issues, interpret blueprints, and plan setups with general toolroom equipment, maintaining momentum with minimal direction.

The role requires high-precision CNC experience, CNC programming, strong problem-solving, and blueprint reading. Associate degree or equivalent is preferred; Journeyman license highly preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-precision CNC machining.
• CNC programming experience.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Solid blueprint reading and familiarity with toolroom equipment.
• Associate degree in Machine Tooling Techniques or equivalent.
• Journey Worker’s License highly preferred.
• Knowledge of injection molds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC machines to produce exacting tooling components.
• Diagnose and resolve tooling and equipment issues quickly and accurately.
• Interpret technical drawings to plan setups and verify results.
• Use a range of general toolroom equipment to support builds and repairs.
• Organize your work effectively and maintain momentum with minimal direction.
