Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sellersburg, IN. The CNC Tool and Tool Path Programmer will be responsible for programming CNC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in tool path creation. Daily tasks include developing and optimizing CNC programs, machining prototypes and production parts, and maintaining quality standards. The programmer will work closely with the engineering team to solve complex tooling challenges and aid in the training of new team members on best practices and techniques.

Qualifications

  • Experience in CNC Programming
  • Machining skills with the ability to operate and troubleshoot CNC machines
  • Ability to teach and train team members on CNC processes and best practices
  • Understanding of engineering blueprints and CAD/CAM software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience in the tooling or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field preferred
