Qualifications

• Experience leading a machinist team to meet production goals.
• Ability to interpret drawings and operation sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide team members to achieve production targets.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area.
• Monitor and adjust machine speed, feeds and tooling as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications.
• Collaborate with management/engineering to optimize processes.
