Job summary

CCT Enterprises is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss setup technician on the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, four 10s) to own established Swiss production setups with minimal supervision.

You will read blueprints, setup sheets, job travelers, and work instructions, install tooling, set offsets, and perform minor program edits. Expect a fast-paced environment focused on quality, throughput, and continuous improvement.

• Understanding of tooling, offsets, speeds/feeds; minor edits to programs.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, setup sheets, travelers, and work instructions.
• Install/adjust tooling, guide bushings, holders, and bar feeders.
• Set offsets, perform tool changes, and minor edits to programs.
• Prove out first piece and maintain part conformity during run.
• Track tooling condition, monitor chatter, and correct drift.
• Meet schedules while minimizing downtime and scrap.
