Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions in Seabrook, NH is seeking an experienced CNC machinist to operate and set up Swiss-type and other precision machines. You will inspect parts, document results, and ensure adherence to setup sheets, drawings, and programs in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, is proficient with calipers and micrometers, and can read complex blueprints with true position callouts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years related experience.
• Proficient with caliper, micrometer, OC height gage.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC department machines.
• Inspect parts and document results.
• Monitor equipment and resolve breakdowns.
• Follow setup sheets, drawings, and programs.
• Assist with training of new team members.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area.
• Follow safety requirements and quality procedures.
