Hire Sync in Euclid, OH is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist for 2nd shift to set up and operate Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes with Fanuc controls, producing precision valves, fittings, and components.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience, reads blueprints, inspects parts with precision tools, and helps maintain quality and safety in a team‑oriented environment. Steel‑toe boots are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience required.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC Swiss lathes (Tsugami preferred).
• Fanuc control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes with Fanuc controls.
• Produce precision valves, fittings, and custom‑machined components.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Make offset adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make process improvements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow established quality and production standards.

CNC Swiss Machinist – 2nd Shift

Location: Euclid, OH
Pay: $21.00–$32.00/hour based on experience
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Hire Sync is hiring an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist for a well-established precision manufacturing company in Euclid, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys hands‑on setup, machine operation, and producing high‑quality precision components.

The ideal candidate will have CNC Swiss machining experience and be comfortable setting up and operating Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes with Fanuc controls. Experience machining valves, fittings, or other precision components is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes with Fanuc controls
• Produce precision valves, fittings, and custom‑machined components
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience required
• Experience setting up and operating CNC Swiss lathes
• Tsugami lathe experience strongly preferred
• Fanuc control experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and inspection methods
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Must have steel‑toe boots

Experience with precision manufacturing, including valves, fittings, or similar components, is highly preferred.
